Configuring Tags

Via the Topos Dashboard

1. Plug the tag into the Mac via USB
2. In the dashboard, click config device (in the header)
3. Click SCAN — the USB port appears first, tagged [USB]
4. Select the port, click CONNECTER
5. Topos auto-detects whether the device is a tag or an anchor
6. Set:
   • Role: tag
   • Device ID: 0 (then 1, 2 for the next tags)
   • Speed: 6.8M
7. Click CONFIGURER
8. Verify in the terminal that all steps show OK
9. Click DECONNECTER
10. Unplug the tag — it runs on battery

Repeat for each tag with a different ID.

Naming Performers

In the left panel, click a tracker’s name to rename it. The name is:

• Displayed on the stage canvas
• Transmitted via PSN (visible in ONYX)
• Persisted across restarts
